What Is Your Return Policy?
 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may exchange for a new item(s).

 

Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be exchanged. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase.


Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order. If your exchange value is less than purchase value, we will extend you a store credit.

We do not credit shipping charges.

Can This Hair Be Dyed?

Yes! You can lift the natural 1B to a #27 for Malaysian and #613 for Brazilian. Please consider using a professional quality hair color for best results.
How Many Bundles Do I Need For a Full Install?
 

We recommend 3 bundles for a full install, or two bundles if using a lace closure or frontal.

 

 

Are these bundles 100% virgin hair?

Yes. All hair types are 100% virgin human hair .
